As Vice President of Bujan-Hall, Jon oversees all aspects of construction, estimating and purchasing, as well the home warranty program.      Charles Bujan has many years of experience in both new home construction and Real Estate sales. He has been recognized with numerous awards during his career, including the MAX Award for Realtor of the year in 1993, presented by the Capitol Area Builders Association. Charles employs his experience and knowledge of the current Austin area home market to create open communication between the new home buyer and the builder. His practical and candid advice allows the client to make informed decisions about the current and future value of what for most, will be the largest investment they will ever make.      These open channels of communication and honesty between all parties involved in the project help to insure everything moves smoothly and quickly, thus allowing Bujan-Hall to maintain an excellent record of completing homes within the projected time frame and budget.      Delivering Texas size quality is important to both Charles and Jon.
